What is your education?
Naturopathic doctors, or NDs, receive a 4 to 5 year medical education, similar in scope to that of a medical doctor. In addition to the conventional sciences, NDs receive extensive training in nutrition and psychology. NDs also spend over 3,000 hours during their training at outpatient clinics both at their medical schools and with outside providers. Many treatment modalities are studied in addition to traditional pharmacology.
